Refund policy

We are sorry to hear you're not satisfied with our products. ☹

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

We are not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. However, if you encounter an issue with your package from shipping, please contact us at info@bysashaskincare.com within 48 hours upon delivery, and include your order number and any photos or videos of the damage. If items are eligible for a return, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees and items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will receive a store cred (minus the shipping costs).

Changed your mind? You have 24 hours to cancel your order once placed. Please email us at info@bysashaskincare.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and let us know you would like to have your order cancelled in the subject line. We cannot cancel any orders once they have been processed and shipped. 

Sale items, gift cards, and digital products are all final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
